Vista Maximised Window Problem

description

When The Ribbon is embedded in the Non-Client-Area and you maximize the window, the buttons for 'minimize', 'restore' and 'close' are not visible anymore, although you can click on the corresponding area and the window behaves correctly. Also quickinfo is visible.
The second issue is that the title bar seems to be too small, so the text is displayed in an ugly manner - see attached screenshot.
 
Every hint on solving that issue is greatly appreciated.

Same for me on Win7.
If you try to set Windows base style (no Aero), the black titlebar do not appear; but if you move left & right the arrow cursor on the titlebar, you can see CPU go up o 100%.
In conclusion, some strange things happens. :-)

Trying with Carbisoft 3.5.0 version, problem seems to be out.
I just tried with demo, of course...

Sorry, problem is there, yet.
Referencing new Carbisoft library on my existing project, black titlebar appears as in you original library.

Florian, unfortunately I didn't find a solution.
I was just trying some "Ribbon stuff" for a personal hobby project, so I didn't spent much time on it.
Anyway, I found FluentRibbon a more mature solution: http://fluent.codeplex.com/
